Job Summary

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will perform engineering duties in-house and on customer sites to accomplish the final commissioning and testing of building systems. We are looking for an individual that shares our company vision and can function independently, collaborate with others and manage multiple assignments.


  • MEP installation verification and conducting system functional testing
  • Construction and commissioning administration
  • Commissioning plan development, coordination and plan execution
  • Site investigation and Commissioning report writing
  • Interface with Owners, Contractors and Consultants
  • Project Management Duties to resolve all issues
  • Review Operation and Maintenance Manuals
  • Review training agenda and as-built documents
  • Support Business Development
  • Become familiar with the city requirements for retro-commissioning
  • Become familiar with working with copious amounts of data to diagnose anomalies and development visualization dashboards


B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, preferred but not required
1-4 years of experience as a commissioning engineer
On the job experience troubleshooting commercial mechanical and control systems
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet schedule deadlines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude
Professional attitude and commitment to high quality work
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software.
LEED A.P. preferred but not required

This is a full-time position. Salary is dependent on experience.
